This offer is made available with the co-operation of the golf clubs and accommodation providers on the itinerary who are providing substantial discounts to normal green fee and accommodation rates. These terms & conditions reflect the specific nature of this golf tour package.

The Tour Itinerary

The itinerary is as described on the itinerary summary and detailed itinerary pages. The tour will commence from Shannon Airport on 19th April 2009 and ends after breakfast at Doonbeg with a transfer to Shannon Airport on Saturday 25th April. All elements of the tour must be included (no opt-outs or substitutions).

Booking Confirmation

The booking form must be filled out and returned to us. One booking form only is required for the members of your group. The person making the booking does so on behalf of all members of that group and is responsible for payment in respect of the booking.

Booking Payment

Payment in full is required to confirm your booking. This payment is non-refundable unless we can re-sell your place(s) on the tour. On booking we strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy with an adequate Trip Cancellation/Curtailment element.

Golfing Numbers

A minimum of 8 golfers is required for the tour to proceed. A maximum of 20 golfers will be accommodated on the tour. In the event that the tour is undersubscribed (i.e. the minimum number of golfers is not reached) the tour will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded in full.
